Agreement to Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the property owner, property manager, authorized tenant, or contractor) and Leak Fix Pros. By accessing our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal authority to authorize inspections and diagnostics on the subject real property.
Scope of Leak Detection Services
Leak Fix Pros specializes strictly in advanced diagnostic and non-invasive water leak detection. Our services are designed to locate hidden pressurized water leaks, slab leaks, plumbing voids, and moisture anomalies using cutting-edge equipment including:
- High-resolution infrared thermal imaging cameras
- Acoustic ground microphones and sonic frequency detectors
- Digital helium and gas tracer detection equipment
- Electromagnetic line and pipe locators
- Non-invasive moisture meters and hygrometers
Diagnostics vs. Physical Plumbing Repair: Unless specifically quoted in writing as an integrated scope of work, our primary duty is diagnostic identification and pinpointing of leaks. Subsequent plumbing excavation, drywall patching, pipe rerouting, concrete demolition, or repiping may be performed by our team under separate written agreement or referred to licensed specialty contractors.
Service Appointments & Cancellations
We understand that active water leaks are urgent emergencies. We schedule designated arrival windows (e.g., 2-hour windows) for all standard and emergency dispatches in Naples, FL.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide notice at least four (4) hours prior to the scheduled service window. Appointments cancelled once a service vehicle is en route or at the premises may incur a trip charge to offset dispatch and travel costs.
Property Access & Customer Responsibilities
To achieve precise diagnostic readings, the customer must ensure:
- Unobstructed access to all water meters, primary shutoff valves, water heaters, manifold panels, crawlspaces, and mechanical closets.
- Safe conditions free from aggressive pets, structural instability, hazardous biohazards, or live electrical wires in flooded zones.
- The presence of an adult decision-maker authorized to sign diagnostic releases, approve test scopes, and process payment upon testing completion.
- A quiet acoustic environment during sensitive listening procedures (turning off loud pool pumps, stereos, air conditioning units, and heavy appliances temporarily).
Diagnostic Testing Authorization & Site Conditions
By authorizing diagnostic procedures, you permit our certified technicians to isolate water lines, pressurize piping systems with air or inert trace gas, operate valves, and introduce diagnostic listening probes. Leak Fix Pros is not liable for failures of deteriorated, brittle, or corroded valves or aged plumbing infrastructure that fail during standard code-compliant isolation testing.
Pre-Existing Conditions: Leak Fix Pros is not responsible for pre-existing mold, microbial amplification, wood rot, foundation settlement, structural damage, water discoloration, or subsurface voids caused by water intrusion that occurred prior to our diagnostic assessment.
Pricing, Estimates, Billing & Payment Terms
We provide upfront, transparent diagnostic pricing prior to commencing on-site testing. Diagnostic fees depend on property type (single-family residential, commercial high-rise, condo unit, industrial) and testing methodologies requested.
- Payment Due Date: Payment in full is due immediately upon completion of the diagnostic inspection and delivery of the technician findings.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, certified checks, and electronic fund transfers.
- Insurance Documentation: If you are filing an insurance claim, we provide detailed, itemized diagnostic invoices and findings reports suitable for submission to your insurance adjuster. The customer remains directly responsible for payment regardless of insurer reimbursement timelines.
Warranty & Service Guarantees
Leak Fix Pros takes pride in unmatched diagnostic accuracy. When our technicians pinpoint a leak location on a concrete slab, behind drywall, or in an underground line, we stand behind our location findings.
Re-Inspection Policy: In the rare event that a designated location is excavated within our verified tolerances and no leak is present in the specified loop, we will return promptly to re-evaluate the line at no additional diagnostic charge. This guarantee does not apply if third parties tamper with the marked area, if secondary leaks develop subsequent to initial testing, or if independent lines with separate valves were excluded from the original requested inspection scope.
Intellectual Property & Diagnostic Reports
All written reports, thermal imaging radiometric captures, acoustic spectrograms, schematic diagrams, and inspection summaries produced by Leak Fix Pros remain our proprietary work product. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive license to utilize these reports for property management, repair contracting, and insurance claim processing related strictly to the inspected property.
Acceptable Website Use
You agree to use waterleakdetectionnaplesfl.com only for lawful purposes related to evaluating and booking water leak detection services. You shall not:
- Scrape, spider, crawl, or harvest content, phone numbers, or code without prior written consent.
- Submit fraudulent, abusive, or spam appointment requests or automated lead submissions.
- Attempt to breach website cybersecurity, interfere with server operations, or inject malicious code.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Florida law, Leak Fix Pros, its officers, managers, technicians, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of property value, loss of business revenue, emergency hotel stays, or consequential water restoration expenditures.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to our website, services, or diagnostics, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the client for the specific diagnostic service in question.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leak Fix Pros and its technicians against any third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and legal costs arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) misrepresentation of property ownership or authorization; or (c) concealed environmental or property hazards not disclosed to our technicians prior to commencement of work.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising out of your relationship with Leak Fix Pros shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or judicial proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida.
Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of all remaining provisions. These Terms, alongside our Privacy Policy and any signed work orders, constitute the entire agreement between you and Leak Fix Pros.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changing operational practices, regulatory updates, or technical capabilities. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with an amended “Effective Date.” Continued engagement with our company constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
